Photoshop Elements: Bring back print scale by percentage

I had been using Elements 6 until recently when I upgraded to Elements 10. In Elements 6 when I went to print I had a choice to be able to change the scale of the object being printed by entering a certain percentage. It also gave me the ability to set the height and width. In Elements 10 the scale in a percent is not available? Why is this? Being able to use a percent was very convenient when I used scanned images that needed to be increased in size by a certain fixed percentage. Would it be possible to re-implement the percentage alternative.

Thanks,

Yes, I thought that the idea was to make software better, not eliminate functionality.

If I would have have known that I would lose that function I would have not upgraded to Elements 10.

What will happen with Elements 11? If the company is not interested in excellence?

However, if you have Acrobat (not just reader), you can print to PDF and then use Acrobat to set the percentage scale.
