Photoshop: Errors saving from Photoshop to Sharepoint 2010

Hi,

We are using Photoshop to work on image files stored on our intranet, which is based on Sharepoint 2010. We can open files (jpeg, tiff, psd) and edit them, but when we try to save them back to the Sharepoint disk, we get an error message, saying "cannot save disk write error" alternatively a message saying that the user has insufficient rights on the server (which is not the case, since he or she can edit other files in the same directory).

I've looked around the web for a solution, but to no avail. Our consultants can't help us either.

We experienced similar problems with InDesign documents, but we solved them by installing Sharepoint Workspace.

I would be very grateful if you could help me out with this problem, since it is interrupting our workflows connected to our intranet.

Best regards,

That means that the OS returned an error while trying to write the file, and that means that there is a problem with the Sharepoint file system. (same goes for permission errors if you really do have correct permissions)

You need to contact Microsoft about bugs in Sharepoint that are causing these errors.
