Which version of Photoshop are you using?

Which file format did you open the file from?
Which file format did you save the file in?

Does the file lose quality visually, or just result in a smaller file size? (which can be perfectly normal)

I use the online photoshop express. The open en save format is jpg. The result is a smaller file size, about 30% of the original

The file size reduction may still be normal.

Are the pixel dimensions changed?

Is there a visual loss of image quality?
