Every time I try to save a multi-page pdf file in PSE8 it only saves the first page, even though all the pages are selected. Does anyone know how I can save the entire file?

How are you creating your multi-page document? Are you creating a project such as a Photobook or just adding extra pages to a standard document?

Hi Brett. The pdf is an existing document. I'm simply trying to reduce its file size and save the smaller file. However, I'm only able to save the first page. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Photoshop Elements is not designed to optimize existing multi-page PDFs. Adobe Acrobat is the tool that you would need to use.

While Photoshop Elements can create multiple page documents and save as PDF, it doesn't really open multi-page PDFs. When you choose to open a multiple page PDF in Elements, if you select every page, each of those pages opens as a separate document. So when you go to save, it will only be saving a single page. You'd have to open each page and then recombine them into a single multiple-page document. As Jeff says, this is really not the program you want for your workflow, Acrobat is.
