Bought a new Epson printer and it worked for three weeks. Now I get an error message that saved printer information is not compatible and it refuses to print.

Somehow your driver is unhappy reloading the last used printer settings.
Resetting Photoshop's preferences will clear the last used settings. But if you continue to have problems you'll need to talk to Epson about why their driver is flaking out on it's own settings.

I don't think it is my printer, because when I change to another printer I get the same error message. The rub is I re-installed Photoshop. The Organizer will print the image, but not the Editor. I am going to still blame Adobe for this one for now. Thanks,

Try resetting Photoshop's preferences to clear the last used printer settings.
