Photoshop: save for web key board shortcut is instead opening a log in prompt?

alt+shift+ctrl+s - which has always been save for web and still is, in cs6 is bringing up a login prompt box... with no context as to what.

whats going on here?

(if i select it from the top menu it works normally though)

My guess would be that something else on your system (utility, other application, etc.) is using that keyboard shortcut globally.

"logon" isn't exactly a common term.

yeah it really has no context to it,

but I upgraded from Photoshop cs5.1 - which was working fine. and thats all that I did.

the login box prompt is runnign from wshvtx.exe which appears to be a anti-virus program.... so i guess someone cs6's keyboard short cuts interfere with it unlike the previous versions?

I will trouble shoot this and update. thanks.

:EDIT: ok... so its my company's monitoring software.
