Photoshop: 'Save As' actions don't respect file names

I'm Photoshop user since v1.0
Some years ago (with CS2 or CS4) I created an 'Action' with several paths, including some 'Save As..' to different folders between them.
When I created the action I created an 'Untitled' blank document and recorded the action without changing the name.
When the action is running over a document its name is conserved.

The action works fine with CC, but now I want to change the destination folders and the trouble arises. I have to change the 'Save As' paths to the new folders; but now when the action is running the name of all processed files are changed to 'Untitled'.

Something similar happens when opening a PDF. Formerly, the dialog window did not show the opening file name but after opened; but now shows it.
If you create an action starting with 'Open a PDF' all processed files will change the name to the one when the action was created.
