Photoshop: Quick Export to jpeg and reopening results in colors being oversaturated

Never had a problem with color profiles in all the years I have been using LR PS PSP ect. Now in PS when I use the quick export all is fine but if I need to pull it back into PS the colors are over saturated. Every other software including the web reads it fine. When I use the save as and check the ICC box or not check it the colors are dull on the web either way. I have to re-export from Lr for the colors to look right. Is this some kind of bug or is there a new setting I don't know about? no issue anywhere else Just with PS reading Jpegs with  embedded profile and saving to jpeg or reading jpegs with no profile.

The point here is I can't use save as for jpegs and the quick save does not embed a profile nor does it remove one if it already had one. Works everywhere though except for PS itself.

The properties for the save as reads uncalibrated for color profile.
The properties for the quick export says nothing ( blank) for color.
I have quick export set to convert to sRGB

I should point out that this only happens with a PSD file converted to a jpeg, if it starts as a jpeg then no problem. Also the same for Tif except the color looks normal  when I bring it back in. If I then save as to a jpeg then color looks normal in PS but not on the web even though properties reads no calibration.

Not surprising at all. Both Quick Export and Export As were built without color management in mind and there are all sorts of related bugs.
