Photoshop: Save for web - Filesize incorrect when saving

When I save gif-sequence using "save for web and devices" the saved file isn't even close to correspond to the file size suggested by Photoshop. And the filesize jumps several kb when I add one more color between a certain number of colors. From my experience, this is not normal.

Example of gif-seq. (Only number of colors changed, all other options are exactly the same):

No of colors - 85 - suggested file size 49,97kb - Real file size = 52kb
No of colors - 86 - suggested file size 50,19kb - Real file size = 53kb
No of colors - 87 - suggested file size 49,37kb - Real file size = 52kb
No of colors - 88 - suggested file size 50,38kb - Real file size = 95kb

This problem doesn't happen to every file, just to some of them and it never happen before I upgraded Photoshop, which I did today to 2017.1.1. When I'm using the feauture "optimize file size - and choose 62kb, my file becomes 105kb.

I'm using Mac OS Sierra 10.12.5
