PHOTOSHOP - Save Cursor remains after save has completed on MacOS 10.10

Each time I save a file, the 'active spin' cursor appears and spins - exactly as you would expect. However when save is complete, the 'active spin' cursor remains, but is no longer spinning. This often leaves the impression that save has not finished, and/or has stopped - which often happens with large files and low cache. However, moving the mouse will change the cursor back to the last cursor (based on tool in use before save).

Has this been reported before (a search was inconclusive)?

So something is preventing the cursor from updating correctly on your system.
This could be a third party plugin, extension panel, OS setting (not likely, but possible), or a utility program.
