I works on the PSD file. Save it as a TIFF. I choose the option "save as" - then I have to change the extension file type from PSD to TIFF ... and save.

In the folder where all the records I have only TIFF.
It is possible to select "save as" were shown all file types?
I would not have to change the file type with every save.

File menu > Scripts > Image Processor is exactly what you want. You can batch save a folder full of PSDs to Tiffs and you can select another folder to put them in.

I had to get to my Dell PC to see exactly what you had. Look at the Search box in the upper-right.

The Save As window will only display the file type selected and will not display all file types.
That's how the Windows 7/8/10 dialogs work. There is no "all files" setting as in the Open File dialog.
