Sample Size drop-down on Magic Wand Tool

Give Magic Wand it’s own Sample Size drop-down (separate from the Eyedropper Tool).

Today, there is no “Sample Size” drop-down on the Magic Wand Tool. However, it is affected whatever sample size is set on the eyedropper tool.
This is not very intuitive, and it is also slow as you need to change to the eyedropper tool to change sample size of the magic wand tool.

It can be confusing when Magic Wand “misbehaves” because you changed the sample-size on a different tool earlier. For new users it is pretty much impossible to guess.

Quick example of how it could be done:

Haha, you're right. Silly me for not noticing after the upgrade! :)

Good to see that other people had already noticed this.

Unfortunately, although CS6 has it, the sample size is not adjustable independently in all those tools. If you set it to 3px, it is 3px in all tools.

Strange that they are not independent. I'm not sure why that would be useful...
