Every time I open Photoshop 6 beta the following message appears: "Runtime Error. R6034 An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly."

Sounds like a manifest wasn't installed correctly.

I'd rerun the installer to repair the install. Perhaps even try installing from a new Admin user account and/or safe mode.

That could also happen if a third party plugin is misinstalled.

I tried removing the third party plugins I installed incorrectly, and I tried uninstalling and installing Ps Cs6 but it didn't work. I also tried reinstalling the C++ libraries. What do I do?

I have the same problem with the released version.
It takes 22 clicks on the runtime error box to get
CS6 to continue to open after stall at "Scanning for plugins" ??

I solved it. You can to uncheck the option in Preferences that says "Import plugins from another Photoshop" or something like that, delete ALL of your third-party plugins, and just to be sure you are not missing any, you can delete all of your plugins and then import the ones that work.

I can confirm Ivans post with a little more detail.
Go to Edit > Preferences > Plug-ins
With the Preferences Window open go to the Plug-ins section, uncheck everything that has a check in it here and restart PS.
Opened fine for me.

I have deleted and downloaded from disc/electronically from manufacturer latest
versions of 31 plug ins.
Plug ins deleted but yet to be resolved with updates are as follows : Topaz: Denoise5 and Lens Effects and Onone Tools 2.6 and Tune3.

My CS6 still requires 22 clicks on the RunTime box
to get it to continue opening.

My am going to let the clicks be my "cost of doing
CS6" until such time as suppliers come up with something else ( from some other posts I have read about with other more serious problems------I may be
one of the fortunate users ! )

POWER TO THE CLICKERS
