I purchased Photoshop Elements 10 a couple months ago and I've had nothing but trouble. It works once or twice then when I open it to use it I get this message:
*This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.* Then I have to click OK and it says *Adobe Photoshop Elements has stopped working....etc etc* and this message:

I contacted your on line support and all they did was have me rename a 'new' file to 'old'. I did that (more than once) it works once maybe twice and then this happens again. Is there a fix for this? If I have to rename that file every single time I want to use it, then whats the sense? I am so disappointed and disgusted with Adobe right now. No one seems to know what else to do. I should be able to return this for a full refund if I cannot use it. ????????

I have the same issue when attempting to even Open anything in Adobe elements. It started about a week ago.. I really do not want to uninstall and re-install it at this point.. i have had to do to that once already and ended up having to re-link close to 500 pictures in three different photobooks..
