ruler tool measurement between two points

which Photoshop Elements Versions have the ruler tool in the eye dropper sub menu?

The ruler tool (shortcut U submenu in all Elements versions) is never found in the eye dropperĀ  (shortcut I). In recent versions (13 I think) the line tool in the 'U' submenu shows the measurement between two points.

No version of photoshop elements has ever had a Ruler Tool.
That's only in photoshop.

One can replicate the Ruler Tool by using the Line Tool and looking at the Info panel to get the measurement(s) and or Angles.

The measurements only show in the Info panel until you release the mouse button and actually create the Line shape layer,

This was not an answer to my observation about the ruler tool. My comment is that the file name of the exported data has an extension .txt). The end close parenthesis must be removed before importing into Excel. Please remove the closing parenthesis in the file name extension.
