Lightroom Classic: Round trip to Photoshop grayed out

All of the "Edit In" options are grayed out Lightroom Classic CC. I have restarted Lightroom and Photoshop with no luck. I checked I'm logged in to my Photoshop account in both Lightroom and Photoshop. I need to move photos to Photoshop to add them to a project. I have over 100 photos I need to work with so saving them and then opening in Photoshop and then reinstalling them in Lightroom is not an option. Any ideas how I can fix this problem?

Got to reinstall both, starting with Photoshop. Should fix this.

Do I have to uninstall them or can I just install and it will fix issues?

Try running the just installers first. Been awhile since I’ve seen this and had to jump through this hoop but should fix the disconnect between the two.

I'm sorry but I'm having problems figuring out how to run the installer. When I go to the download page it opens the Adobe Desktop App and then it opens Photoshop since it's already installed. I can't a location to download the program and run it from my computer.

Seems you'll have to do it from the Creative Cloud app: uninstall (keep preference's if asked), then go back, install. Do Photoshop first!

Greyed out "Edit-In" can also mean-
The photos are 'Missing' in the Catalog. Lightroom has lost its link to the original file location.
You are using only Smart Previews (Original files are not available to LR)
