Photoshop: Rotate tool is not fully affected by "Reset tool"

I have posted about this issue on the adobe photoshop scripting board:
http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1440450

Basicly the problem is that resetting the tool does not reset the rotation angle back to 0. It's like reset tool and reset view are two completely different code snippets or something. This issue means that it's impossible to fully reset the Rotate tool via scripting (JS, VBscript, Applescript).

Like I said in the other thread it seems OK to me that resetting the Tool does not affect the current view angle of an image/all images, but that the Angle seems to be beyond the reach of Scripting seems to leave room for improvement.
And if it is in fact Scriptable the pertinent information would be welcome.
