Lightroom Classic: Roll back to 7.2 - now experiencing same issues as 7.3

After rolling back to 7.2 (because of all the issues with 7.3), I am now experiencing all the same crashes, hangs, and errors as with 7.3.  It plays havoc with my productivity and workflow.

   Can anyone advise as to how I can obtain a 'clean' 7.2 install (without all the introduced problems of 7.3?

    If not, can Adobe explain their approach to customer satisfaction and product improvement?

Windows 10 - operating system, firmware, software all updated and current, 16 gig RAM.

I will be out in the field for 3 days.  I will respond with more detail as soon as I am able.

I'm on a Mac and I am also having a lot of issues, I just posted a thread. This is unacceptable..

7.2 was a small improvement several years late. 7.3 is just several steps back with all the bugs and performance issues. Makes me wonder whether I'm dealing with a competent company or not.
