I am running Windows 10 (x64) on an HP Envy Laptop with 500gigs SSD RAM and 300gigs available.
I upgrade to LR 7.2. My laptop constantly crashed. After 2 days of changing settings on this and that and checking my drivers, I reverted to LR 7.1. Crashing went away

Hi Roger, can you post the contents of Help menu > System Info please? That will show information such as the graphics card and driver version you're using. Also, what were you doing when it crashed? Did you notice a pattern?

Hi Victoria,
LR Library Module. I was restructuring my Keywording. The pattern was that in the first few minutes it was fine, then it became "hesitant", then it crashed with screens flashing on and off, occasionally, for a moment MS telling me the app wasn't working but that flashed off too. Only solution Ctrl>Alt>Del and close task.
Can I attach the System Info text file? It appears to be 1 meg in size.
