why do the support team not provide e mail help???? hanging on the phone during peak times waiting for help is ridiculous in this day and age, especially as it not a free phone number. come on Adobe, treat your customers fairly!
I spent over 3 hours today trying to get through on the phone today for Adobe support. After an hour on 2 occasions it was answered and then immediately cut off. The third time after an hour the woman spoke long enough to ask about the problem and get my details and phone number before I was cut off again. She didn't call back, despite having taken my number for that specific purpose.
All I want to do is find out how to activate my existing copy of PE6 on my new hard drive which has been installed because the previous one died. Is this too much to ask? Customer Services? Support? Pull the other one!
