I'm stuck between sales who says I didn't receive all that I should have in the Creative Cloud but the problem belongs to the call centers in Asia and those in Asia who say it's not their problem. Mobile either isn't available or it's on my iMac, but the customer service people say I should star over and buy another bundle. I'm already being charged for two and Visa is seeing it as a potentially fraudulent purchase. Tomorrow is day three for this mess.
