I can't seem to find a lens profile for the Ricoh GR lens, 28mm F2.8. The camera was released mid-2013.

Hi John,

I finally got around to building one for the Ricoh GR. It's a simple one, created from just 2x9 images at f/11at 30cm and 150cm, so I don't know what good it will do if you shoot macro. I just uploaded it to Adobe and have no clue when it will become available. If you're in a rush, just let me know and I'll send you the profile directly.

If you think it's any good I can extend it with different aperture series and more focusing distances.

Hi Tom;

Thanks for the reply -- that sounds interesting. I'll look out for it via the Adobe site.

Cheers,

John.

Hhm, I am using Lightroom 6.3 and still no Ricoh GR support. Even more strange. I had a chat with TechSupport and they confirmed that the camera is supported, but there is no lens profile associated? So what does that mean? Any ideas or help?

Hi Stefan,

I created a profile a couple of years back. You can get it from Wetransfer for the coming week.

Depending on the system you have, you have to place the profile in the right location:

Placing the LCP File In the CameraRaw\LensProfiles\1.0 Folder

a. For Windows Vista or Windows 7:
C:\Users\(User Name)\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles\1.0 C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles\1.0

b. For Mac:
/Users/(User Name)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/LensProfiles/1.0

Let me know if it's any good for you.
