RGB bit or pixel distortion on 100 percent saturation value-photoshop CS6

Hello. I'm using photoshop CS6 and before any versions of photosop I never saw a problem like this. In RGB (sRGB or my monitor color) mode, every saturation(S) value of the color in 100 percent is showing black, and in 99 percent there's no error. It's like a bit distortion or missing bits on color. It isn't gamut warning information.it kills pixels and shows them black.
but in CMYK mode it works like a charm but this time and naturally i can't use filter gallery.
And mode is not grayscale or else because when I use brush in 100% S value(brush hardness is also 100%),only outer sides of brush shows the exact color.
Opening in any other program shows the exact color, there's no(bit distortion) problem, it's definitely a photoshop or maybe my graphics card problem, because its new(enough) release of ati's radeon HD 7870.
I need your help!

You can try turning off GPU drawing and see if the problem goes away.

Also, make sure you installed the 13.0.1 update.
