Bridge: Reverse Image Search (CBIR) within Bridge, will it ever happen?

I have to manage a large (in the region of 10TB using a Drobo RAID) image collection, comprising phtographic work from 2007 to current day and it is sometimes necessary to look for images similar to a given set, needless to say that its hard to remember every single work so I've been experimenting software that does Reverse Search Image, without much success I admit, but the concept is very appealing.

Most software misses looking for a specific image, instead are more focused on finding duplicate or similar images like dupeGURU PE.
Others are somewhat cumbersome to use like digiKam, or were simply abandoned like imgSeek.
There was even an old BETA of a Bridge extension (mxp) from Imense ( ) that seemed promising, althought limited to JPG's, but even after converting it to ZXP fails to install in Bridge CC.

Althought not perfect my best results were from using a Java app (Octagon - that seems to be almost 10 year old!

I'm sure CBIR has come a long way since then and there are plenty of examples to CBIR working very well on HTTP queries, would it really be too hard to implement something like that on Bridge?

With digital image collections growing exponentially every day it would really be something very helpful.
