I bought Adobe Revel to edit and store photos while travelling, have been abroad for a month and Revel is taking up 30gig on my iPad and now at the point where I can no longer upload any new photos. I've deleted a lot of data from the device to make room. Am wondering why these photos seem to be saving to my device rather than the cloud?
Thanks
Adrian

Hi Adrian

When you upload images from Revel to the Revel cloud, the app will keep local copies of the original images on the device for fast access.

One safe thing to try is to go into Revel's Settings, and in the sub-menu for your carousel or carousels, select 'Clear Cache'

If you're not sure this helped, and your uploads have completed and are stored safely in the Revel cloud then another thing you can do is uninstall and reinstall the app. This will purge any files Revel has installed or imported. When you go to view or edit or share your photos, Revel will download your images as needed using large thumbnail versions that take less space on your iPad.

I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and have now lost a lot of photos. Seems they weren't safely in the Revel Cloud. Any suggestions or are these pics now gone?
