Revel upload problems

Where the #%#¥ are my photos???
I've just spent three weeks in Europe on holiday, adding my photos on a daily basis as a back up.
I'm using an iPad to do this.
After about 300 images I got a warning that there was not enough memory left on the local device. So I started to add a few images then upload them to revel, then delete them from my iPad then add a few images, upload them to revel then delete them, then add a few to my iPad then upload them to revel etc etc etc.
It eventually got to the stage where there was no memory left on the iPad, I assumed my images where on the revel site and deleted them, I've since had to reload the revel app and to my horror there is only a few images there, after all that uploading I'd love to know where the #%*£ my images have gone!!!

Hi Ross

My apologies for the severe lag time replying to you. I was looking for something else when I caught your unanswered post here.

We discovered a bug occurs in sync or upload in some cases for users who have deleted a substantial number of images from their library. It sounds like this could be the case for your account, and we can help patch this up for you if you still need help (ie., if you didn't trash this library and start over with a fresh library). Do you still need help to resolve this?

Revel iPad app not the same as the revel.com site.


Could somebody please help me.
I have been traveling in Europe for six weeks and uploading to my subscribed revel account via the iPad app.
All seemed to be fine until I had an issue of photos not uploading, I deleted the iPad app and had a look at my revel.com account.
Most of my older folders are there, except the European folder has only about half my images.
I have reinstalled the revel app now on my iPad and the library folder in question is not there at all now.
The app will not stop trying to sync either..
Not happy at all!!!

Hi Charlie, all good and sorted, I deleted the library and started again.
