Revel: Having problems using and learning about Revel

Only 660 of 4024 of my pictures transferred from my Photoshop Elements to Revel. What a useless, stress-filled process this is - and I would have to pay a monthly fee on top of it to continue to use Revel. I wish I understood more about Photoshop and Revel and had the time to explore other options so I could decide what to do before the June deadline. And the Revel transfer occurred with no warning. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I AM VENTING HERE BECAUSE I COULD FIND NO OTHER PLACE TO DO THIS IN ORDER TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE HELP OR A REPLY.

Candy,
You have posted your question in the correct place. I looked up your accout information as I did see that a total Count of 661 images were transferred to Revel. Revel only supports jpg file format. Did you have more than 661 jpgs in your Photoshop.com account? If so, then I will need to investigate this further for you. If you had other media files other than jpgs to download from your Photoshop.com account to your computer, then please
do the following
1. Install the Adobe Air application http://get.adobe.com/air/
2. Click on this link to install the Adobe Media Down loader
