Revel Subscription Refund?

Is there anyway to get a refund from my Revel subscription? I got the notice saying my pictures had been transfered to Revel and I thought Revel worked with Photoshop10 as a photo backup, so I bought it. But, now I know it does not work with Photoshop 10 and is basically useless for me. How can I get a refund. I have not used the product and will not use the product.

Hello Margaret,
Photoshop Elements 10 does not have the ability to upload to Revel. However Photoshop Elements 11 does have the direct connection to Revel to upload and download images to Revel. You can still upload your images to Revel directly from your computer.

Did you purchase Revel thru an Ipad/Iphone or from the Web browser thru the Adobe Store?
Subscription billing for Adobe Revel is handled entirely through Apple using one's Apple ID. Adobe is unable assist with billing related issues. For instructions, see

Hi Scott,

Thank you for your help. I purchased Revel through the web browser through the Adobe store. I do not have the Apple products, so the information in the link you shared does not really apply to me. Is there a way to cancel this through the Adobe store?

To cancel your membership, sign in to your account on Adobe.com at https://www.adobe.com/account/sign-in...
Then click on "My subscriptions and services" as you will be able to cancel your subscription there. To get a then please contact one of our Adobe customer service chat agents for a refund. http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?p...

Hi Scott,

Forgive my ignorance, but I still cannot figure out how to contact customer service to request a refund. The link you gave me does not have any option for customer support or chat. I have gone around and around trying to contact customer support, but cannot figure it out. As a matter of fact, that is why I came to this community forum in the first place. I could not find a direct way of contacting customer support. Can you please direct me further?
