Revel: purchase error every time I try to restore existing subscription, my card is being charged so why can I access my photos or use revel ?

I have been paying for revel through the card filed on my apple id, no other app has problems with purchasing. my trial with Adobe expired a whole ago and I have been paying for revel but now it says I can no longer access photos because trial has ended. I click restore current subscription and it says purchase error try again. then I click purchase monthly option and it says you are already suscribed to this to manage tap okay etc. I just want to know how I can restore my subscription that I am currently paying for. thanks so much :)

Apologies for the inconvenience here -- I am not quite sure why this is happening. We just updated Revel today. If you haven't done so yet, can you please update to the latest version and try again?

If that doesn't help, please send me your Adobe ID at and we can look into this further from our side.

Are you still having trouble? The way Revel's Restore Purchase button works is simply to get your *existing* receipt again from Apple's iTunes server. It can not register new charges for your existing Apple user ID. If you are somehow seeing additional charges, please contact Apple Support immediately!

When attempting to use Restore Purchase, you must use the same iTunes user ID that made the original purchase. And you must use the same Adobe ID that signed into Revel when the purchase made. If you want to change the email address associated with your Adobe ID, we can deal with that as a separate issue.
