Revel: Published Smart Collections not on iPad/iPhone

Is there any reason why Published Smart Collections made in Lightroom do not show up on the Album List when using the iPad/iPhone versions of Adobe Revel??

I initially had this issue after publishing to a new album via smart collection in the latest version of Lightroom. It took a little bit for Revel to update/sync on my iPad Mini.
