Just purchased an installed Revel and an Annual membership. It loaded my Pictures when I installed it but never updates! It always indicates that Sync is in progress but NEVER actually syncs!!! Ready to uninstall and demand a refund. My OS is Windows 8.1...
Thanks a lot for writing in Mark. There was a bug about uploading files on win 8.1. We have rectified that bug & uploaded a new build on Microsoft store a week back, Would appreciate if you could re-install adobe Revel from Microsoft store & try uploading again. I followed your instructions with mixed success. Several photo albums are still empty after sync completes. I also tried uploading photos from my computer to those specific albums that were empty, and they are still showing empty, even though it indicated that pictures were uploading and then completed????
