Hi Frank,

I have repo the issue on our end, and we'll get it fix asap. Sorry for the trouble.

Here are few things i did to get myself out the jam. Please give them a try, and let me know what works for you.

(1) Connect a USB scroll wheel mouse to your iMac. You should able scroll up with the wheel on the mouse itself to move the scroll bar up and regain control of it.

(2) if option 1 isn't available. Please try log out and log in the same account. If you still don't see the scroll bar, then resize the application window by drag the bottom right edge of application itself. Sometimes, you able to drag the tip of the scrollbar and drag it out the bottom after resize application, it may take you couple try.

(3) Another thing you can try switch to another Carousel if you have it. (From bottom right you see a Gear Icon, click on it to select another carousel) Move and position the scroll bar to visible area, then switch back to the carousel where scroll bar is jam. Try drag the scroll bar out the bottom.

Hope you can find a method work for you.
Thanks
Thomas
