In PSE11 when I try to share photos, popup comes up, I type adobe login/pw and keep getting error message "LOGIN ERROR. CHECK NETWORK CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN." Everything else works, and I have tried it when I'm logged in and out of the adobe website, using the same login/pw. Ideas?

Have you signed up for an account with Adobe Revel? You will need to get the Revel client to do this first.

If you have done this already, are you still able to login to Adobe Revel directly?

I have gone to the adobe revel site and logged in using my adobe login & pw. The site shows me as logged in, says "Welcome, Jennifer West" at the top of the page. I have tried to share photos in ps11 while I am logged in and while I am logged out of the revel site. Neither works.

Can you send me the address used in your browser for the site you are using?

Information on Adobe Revel is available at http://www.adoberevel.com/
We don't currently offer login access for your Revel account -- you must download the app from the iTunes or Mac OS store to set up your account first.

Thank you for helping me. I hope that a solution can be found.

This is the url that I have used:
http://www.adobe.com/support/revel/ge...

I am confused by your instructions since the revel website let me in when I used my adobe login & password. The instructions on this website are vague at best. the illustration in the middle of the page says "Start by installing adobe revel to your iphone, ipad, mac or android device." I have none of these. What I have is a PC running windows and there is no reference or instruction for this. So am I supposed to install the revel software to my computer, even though there is nothing specifically saying this?

The url that you are using allows you to sign into our Adobe.com web environment, but it does not support Adobe Revel.

Unfortunately, at this time, Adobe Revel doesn't support Windows. If you'd like to be notified when we do support Windows, you can sign up here:

Wow! This is disturbing since I JUST "upgraded" to PSE11 and spent money for a product that claimed to have certain features and now I'm finding out it DOES NOT. Seems like poor product design and launch, and poor website documentation and support since there is not obvious place on the website (or anywhere else for that matter!) to find out that adobe does not support windows. I understand that windows is a very obscure, infrequently used softoware that is only owned by me and 2 other luddites, so it's understandable that it's not a priority for formats to support.

So, I do thank you for your help, but it seems liike, thanks to the development/marketing/corporation flunkies at adobe, it was a waste of both your and my time. Please let them know that I (and many others) are not pleased. I say this knowing full well that my comments will probably go nowhere. No one will read them or care. Welcome to corporate America.

Hello Jennifer -
In PSE11, there are a couple of ways to share your photos. Revel is one of them and works great if you also have an iOS device or Mac. You found out, of course, that currently there is no Revel client for Windows.

To share photos with Windows PCs or any browser enabled device, we recommend using Photoshop Showcase. It's pretty simple, here's how:

1. In Organizer, just select the photos and videos you want to share
(if you have an album already created, you can skip this step.)
2. From the SHARE tab (upper right), select "Online Album"
3. Make sure the "Photoshop Showcase" is selected as the share site
(you can name your album here if you haven't already)
4. Click OK and an animated album will be created
(You can select other sharing templates from the theme selector at the top)
5. On photoshopshowcase, you can create a new ID (sorry, it's different from your AdobeID)
6. Type in your recipients information in the Address book
(so you don't have to re enter it next time)

That's it! It's pretty easy, it took longer for me to write these instructions than it will take for you to share your photos and videos.
Hope that helps,

I know you are honestly trying to be helpful, but I have tried showcase and hate it. It has a very limited number of templates (all of which are horrible - there is not a single plain option) and most of which are set on default to play some obnoxious music that I must mute each time. As for sharing, I must type in all my email addresses from scratch and there's no way to set up email groups. I'm just going to find another photo sharing site separate from adobe. Thanks for trying to help.I sincerely appreciate your efforts.
