I would like to be able to download all images in one album at once (zipped, presumably) when viewing it in the browser.

Currently, when I'm sharing an album with my friends via web that don't have Revel, they have to download each picture seperately, which is quite annoying. I'd like to be able to offer a full set of pictures to friends, not only for viewing, but also for storing it for their own use.

I think this would be very easy to implement and a great plus in usability.

Hello Lars,

I don't think this functionality is in a future release at this point. But it is a good idea for folks who want others to have their photo libraries.

I'll pass this suggestion along to our Product Manager for consideration.

Thanks for using Revel!

I second this idea. I often create custom albums made up of images from various other albums - I would like to be able to download them as a zip much like Google Photos.

It's really a pitty that this function is not planned! However, it would helpful if at least some selected images could be downloaded at once.
Maybe this will be added under the topic "Ability to select multiple photos for various actions"?

I have just downloaded this app and found out very quickly that it does not support a download all images...I would think it would be easy to have a download all button and it would motivated me to buy the plan...Please add this on the web

Thanks for the feedback folks. This is still on the list of requested features to be considered, but it is not currently scheduled. I can see how this would be a useful feature.

That would really be a very appreciated feature. If I share photos with my family and friends I cannot assume that they all use or want to use revel in order to be able to download all the images I share with them. Just a small button "Download all images in this album" would really make sense from the user stand point of view. Of course Adobe wants us to use their software and therefore make first steps into their ecosystem of applications. However, this might also backfire since users are repelled to be forced to use things. In the end I see that it works the following way: 1) Adobe adds this little (I'm sure - easy to implement) feature 2) I start sharing my photos using revel 3) Some of my friends and family will maybe also start using revel 4) win-win situation. Otherwise I just rely on cloud file sharing options and will probably not use revel for a very long time. That's how I see it. Maybe you could forward this little feature request again to the revel product manager. If the answer is still "no", an explanation of why would maybe help us understand... thanks in advance

I agree! There are many other options, flickr, google+ etc. that give better access to photos that belong to the user. In addition to sharing batches, a primary benefit to storing photos online is to use Revel as a cloud back up, in case your hard drive fails. Downloading my own property should be accessible,(especially if paying for this subscription) Revel should take responsibility for offering a way to download large batches onto a new system. Since I have to go to the trouble to download the 800+ pics I have on Revel one by one, I am definitely going back to Google+. This is ridiculous. I am a CS6 Master Suite user, its a shame that Revel doesn't integrate with Photoshop and Premier Pro CS6 versions. I have Lightroom but downloading albums should just not be this complicated.

This is a "Must-Have" option. Asset (photos and such) mobility is essential for sound asset management practices. If you want professional or serious photographers to use this site, bulk downloading is essential.

Christoph, Merril, Kevin:

The ability to download a group of photos in a library or album with a simple button is on the wish list to be considered. Mac and iOS users can currently select a group of photos at once to save to the device.

Revel does not integrate with photoshop, because the creative cloud (our offering of professional software and services) has its own storage for the professional products, which includes Photoshop. Revel is our consumer offering, interfacing with Photoshop Elements , Premiere Elements, Photoshop Express, GroupPix, VideoBite, etc.

Friends who receive a link to a shared album do not need to have revel accounts to view or download photos, but they do have to download one at a time currently.

Thanks Pattie, for your thoughtful response. I didn't realize the difference in the Revel product before. That makes more sense to me now. I appreciate your explanation.

Hello,
any progress on this very important feature (download all pictures of an album directly from the browser) in Revel?

I would have to skip Revel for sharing pictures with my friends and family if this would not be possible in the near future.

Hi Man,

I do not have any word on when or if this feature is coming in the near future.

Sorry I do not have that info for you.

I am really disappointed that this isn't coming soon. Services like Amazon Prime debuted with this functionality.

Bump - the ability to download a ZIP of the album would be great - its a deal breaker at the moment for a client that was hoping to use revel as their company asset library.
