Revel: Downloader is not working properly

I have downloaded, unzipped and executed the app.
I choose my external HDD since I got almost 1.4TB of photos uploaded to my previous Revel account. But after scanning the files, the app just freezes and does not show any progress.
I deleted the downloaded folder and repeated the task above but it still did not work.
I need someone to help me out ASAP since there are only less than 2 weeks left.

I believe that no one has gotten the Download program to work successfully. Besides I don't believe that Revel owners care enough to work on fixing the problem.

Sorry you are apparently having some problems with the downloader? I apologize if we have worked with you previously and you weren't able to get your assets.

I assure you the downloader works and most Revel users have been able to get their assets with no problem. Of course there are hiccups and as you read above we have been working with folks when they encounter problems. 

If you would care to elaborate on your problem I'd be happy to help you figure out a possible solution.
