Revel Charging for premium not allowing uploads

I am going on my 3rd week, 20 emails and 3 problem posts. Still I have heard nothing back from anyone that works for Adobe. I am being charged for premium but it will not allow me add more photos. The program says I am out of space and need to upgrade.

Please try the following:

Select "Get More Space"
You should see an option for "Restore Purchase", select that.

This will hopefully resolve your problem. Please let us know.

I have tried that Peter it doesn't work. I had said this in one of my other posts that no-one responded too, sorry I didn't mention that here. Here is a link to one that describes everything:

I have gone ahead and given you a complementary Revel subscription for the account ID associated with this forum, while we look into this problem further.
