LIGHTROOM 5.4: Resync folder did not show tags after adding tags with external program to Nikon RAW Files

I use Lightroom 5.4 (Trial). When adding geotags with an external program (Geosetter) to Nikon RAW Files (created with Nikon D90) which are already in the lightroom catalog, the geotags are not recognized in lightroom after resync of the folder. Same behavior if I add other tags to the Nikon RAW Files.

Removing the file from the catalog and reimport shows the tags!

Same procedure with jpeg-files is working! Seems to be a bug with Nikon RAW Files.

Syncing and Reimporting are unnecessary.

After you have updated the Geo info in Geosetter, select the files in the Lightroom Library Grid and go to Metadata>Read Metadata From File. The Geolocation info will be read into the Lightroom catalog.
