Computer needed to do a Windows recovery. Now PRE9 and PRE10 will not resore my catalog backups. What went wrong? I have a backup done thru Organizer for five separate catalogs. After a recovery I attempted to restore catalogs and get this error message: "Error encountered ...... contact disc drive mfr for current drivers". I have HP Pavillion deskstop with paid for HP support and everything on my computer works except PRE10 and PRE9. Any help out there. Adobe should be ashamed of their "chat support" and they have the guts to ask for $39 to talk to a real live person.
