Resolution automatically changing from 24MP to 2MP in LR CC

I am having an odd issue with Lightroom CC that I can't figure out- my original photo files are 24MP, but whenever I upload them to LR CC it is showing up as 2MP. I am shooting in RAW. I do not have the desktop version, so maybe that is where I am going wrong. Shutterstock requires at least 4 MP, and all of my recent images don't qualify even though they should. How can I get LR CC to keep my photos at 24MP?

Has anyone else experienced this issue and/or found a solution? If you could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

If all you are using is Lightroom Mobile, then you cannot work with your raw images. Lightroom Mobile stores a preview of the image. The normal workflow is to download images to your computer that runs the full version of Lightroom. Then you create a collection that you synchronize with Lightroom Mobile. Following that workflow, you can make adjustments using Lightroom Mobile, and those adjustments will transfer to the images on your regular computer.
