Resizing an individual layer by manually typing in the size?

I am doing a collage of images and I need each image to be an exact size. I am having a hard time figuring out how to do that manually? I know I can use the mouse to alter the image in free transform but I can not manually put in the numbers which is what I need to do.

Which application are you using?
In Photoshop, just use free transform and enter the target sizes in the options bar.

Howdy Kerry,

Simply select the image you want to resize and you will see this at the top of your screen.  Set the values you would like in the fields I have indicated with red arrows and you'll be golden.

Hope that helps,
David
