Lightroom: Resize on Export - Add a "Fill to" minimum image size

The various export image resize options constraint the image to fit within a maximum specified size.

I'd like a "fill to" option to specify the minimum dimensions to be exported. This would be useful when exporting images of different aspect ratios for use as desktop backgrounds or display on HDTV, etc, where you don't mind if the display device crops the image a little, but would like the screen filled.

For example:

Image Resize - Fill to (Width & Height) 1920 x1080

3000x2000 landscape image would resize to 1920x1280
2000x3000 portrait image would resize to 1920x2880
6000x2000 panorama image would resize to 3240x1080

In this way the image aspect ratios would be maintained, but the image would be guaranteed
to fill the display at full resolution. It is up to the display device how to display the crop. E.g. in Windows you can you the Desktop background "Fill" option. An HDTV slideshow might pan through the image with a "Ken Burns effect".

It also could be set to fill to the minimum ratio at x dpi with minimum Short side pixel size.

For example:

Check mark in "Auto Fill"
"Auto Fill" Mode set to DPI
DPI set to 300
"Short Side Minimum" set to 1200

Now, export would do the following:
If crop ratio is 5x7 - Output size would be 1500px x 2100px
If crop ratio is 11x14 - Output size would be 3300px x 4200px
If crop ratio is 2x3 (for 4x6 images) - Output size would be 1200px x 1800px (min size = 1200)
