It's hard to tell what some of the brush tips look like with those itty--bitty 32-pixel thumbnails. It would be nice to have a Large Icon option, like in the Preset Manager or the Brush panel.

If you slide the slider clear over to the right, you can get a fairly decent view of tip, stroke, and name, plus the additional info. You won't see very many brushes at a time, but I find it a decent trade-off. If you turn off stroke and name, you can see quite a few tips at once. It looks as large as in the Preset Manager on my monitor.

I'd like even bigger, but then, I do always find I want more. <g> . . . I still really want a way to mark favorites like I can with fonts. I don't want to take them out of their sets, because the sets are based on type of brush, so what I want are favorites within the set. But this is nevertheless very, very good compared to being stuck with just the Preset Manager, like all my other Presets still are.<sigh>

I think you're talking about the Brushes panel. The Brush Settings panel, where you set up things like scattering, spacing, etc. doesn't have that slider, nor an option in the panel menu. It'd be nice to be able to see the name without hovering over it, like you can in the Brushes panel, too.

Ohhhh, that tiny little thing. Sorry. I didn't read carefully—just "Brush" and then the body of the message. <sigh> Yes, when I want to pick a dual tip, that window is pretty useless. It's the only time I use that section of the Brush Settings panel, but then I have to guess what the brush tip is that I'm thinking of adding to the main tip. You've got my vote. If there's any way they can let us enlarge that, it would make it a lot less of a blind guessing game.<g>
