Requested Lightroom improvements

I love Lightroom and edit 99% of my work their. I just switched to Lightroom 5 and while I do like it, I do have a couple suggestions.
1. I love the brushes but the color option could be better. Can we get a color dropper so I can chose a color from the image to paint with? I hate trying to manually get the color just right. This would be so helpful!
2. The improvement to the healing brush as wonderful, but I would really love to see the ability to lighten or darken a selection (to better match the area being cloned) and even more so the ability to flip what is being cloned. For example, if my client requested a facial birth mark to be removed on the side of her face, I could sample from the opposite side of her face and flip it. Just now I was cloning a large wrinkle out of the corner of my seamless backdrop and if I could have selected the opposite corner and flipped it, it would have been perfect.
Thank you for a great product and I look forward to seeing what is to come!

For Number 1: Click on the Color Picker and hold down the button. Now drag the eyedropper off the color picker and onto your image. When you find the color you want, let go.
