Creative Cloud Repeatedly asked to accept license agreement

Log outs by the Creative Cloud app occur regularly. After sign-in again, open the Photoshop CC app and you are asked to accept the license agreement. Accept the agreement and it wants you to register the product again. This occurs over and over and over. Occasionally, a popup indicating it wants me to accept a trial offer for Photoshop CC comes along and if I click through, it manages to take away one of my activations for the CC. I purchased Photoshop CC on July 3. It is now July 17 and the problem continues to occur. This happens every other day, and sometimes more often than that. I have two case numbers documenting all these incidents with Adobe Tech Support and I have gone to the Adobe User to User Forums ... Adobe Engineers should take a look at this problem via the User to User Forums for Adobe Creative Cloud > Re: "Repeatedly asked to accept license agreement" and see how many people are also having this problem and cannot get it resolved.
Adobe has a responsibility to its customers to resolve this issue and resolve it promptly. Please advise if anyone has any idea what can be done to resolve this issue.
