how do you load the CURRENT filename inside of the rename dialog box in order to edit it? the options only seem to give me ways to completely change the name to something else

i don't want to change the name by much, i just want to tweak it without having to retype the entire filename all over. ( need to do this en masse - for about 800 photos) and i've read NOT to rename outside of lightroom

ex:

current name - 29780-Scissors-Economy-Kid-Size
need it to read: -29789-Scissors-Economy-Adult-Size

Click in the Filename box in the Metadata panel, the name becomes editable.
