After uninstalling CS6 Beta I cannot install final version because a warning message that CS6 Beta has to be removed. I checked all folders and all related registry keys and there's no trace of CS6. Any idea how to fix this?*

That could be because the final version has not been released yet.

Did you get this from a torrent? And have you double checked your system for malware?

Thank you for your fast response.
Unfortunately is none of the 2 reasons you mention. The trial installation worked fine in another PC that never had CS6 Beta installed and the scanning for malware was negative.
Though I can wait a couple of days for the final version download, I fear the problem will persist because it looks like the CS6 Beta uninstall failed to be complete.
Do you have in mind any procedure to clean-up this previous installation as the usual procedure is no longer available?.
Thank you.

How did you uninstall the CS6 beta?

It's important to not attempt to manually uninstall or remove Photoshop CS6 beta by dragging folders to the Recycle Bin (Windows) or Trash (Mac OS). Doing so can cause problems with uninstallation, and installation in the future.

here are instructions on how to properly uninstall Photoshop CS6 beta:

Thanks for the tip. This doesn't help however if it has been removed by force.

What files remain that also need to be removed?

Well that's too late. Can you show manual instructions to remove the beta?
