I want to stitch a face into an existing photo... How do I know if I can do that right now without buying further products or upgrading?

I would like to have a Black Image with a Flower Image layered on top of the Black background.

Can this be done?
If so, How would I do this?

First, install the Photoshop updates.
Then see the links above for tutorials on background removal/selection and how to composite your image.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Background removal - easiest way?.

We've done a fashion shoot for the boutique we work at but need help finding the easiest way to remove the background to plain white.

In the original photo, we have a soft white background but you can see the fabric creases and waves of the sheet.

How do you remove the background fast and easy and how do you remove the background from hair without making it look fake or choppy?

Thanks in advance.
