ELEMENTS - Can we remove the large "Quick, Guided, Expert" menu bar?

Is there a way to remove the large menu bar across the top of Elements 14?  The one with the BOLD "Quick, Guided, Expert" text?  It's a fairly large menu bar on a cluttered screen that can't be moved.  Every other tool bar can (tools, layers) but this, which is more of a shortcut, can't.  It could/should/may already be a drop down option but it seems to be fixed.

Chances are I will use the same option ANY way.  Why is this fixed, so large, and BOLD?

The second menu bar with 'Quick, Guide and Expert' modes also contains links to Open, Create and share. Its height is the same as the upper menu bar.
If you want to customize your own display, please consider the following:
- use the preference option to 'allow floating windows in expert mode'. You can resize the editing window to mask other bars and menus. This is ideal if you are using a lot of shortcuts instead of menus.
- the shortcut 'tab' quickly masks/unmasks palettes
- you can mask unmask the bottom photobin or tools palette. Unfortunately no quick shortcut for this wide area (much more obtrusive than the Quick... top bar.)
- Using floating windows and a secondary monitor for palettes would be the luxury solution!
