I keep getting a redirect loop when I try to login to forum, on multiple computers. I have tried to clear cookies like some posts have suggested. Still no luck.

You're logging in just fine to this forum.
So, again, which forum are you having trouble logging into?

OK, thank you for telling us which specific forum you had problems with.
Unfortunately, I can't reproduce any problems logging into that site - there is no redirect or problem (and yes, I tried inside and outside Adobe).

There are a ton other people that have this exact problem. It's not just me, it's definitely not an isolated problem.

ok I just confirmed its only happening with my @hellowoo.com account, I made a new account and it works fine. really strange, maybe a migration issue?

As Jeffrey sad,
you need to change/update your screen name. You can change it here:
https://accounts.adobe.com/profile
It worked for me.

I talked with one of the Jive admins.
Sounds like you need to change/update your screen name. You can change it here:

Did Jive offer any explanation as to why? Mainly curious, but also dislike having to change a screen name others know me by, consistently across several forums and social media sites, without some explanation.

Discrepancies between email Ids or screen names between the Jive and the user database causes this issue - such as a user deletes his/her account and re-creates a new one using the same email id.

I can't log into the adobe forums. The screen shows I'm signed into adobe.com but after I enter my password to login to the forums I get stuck in a redirect loop. Sometimes I don't even get as far as entering my password, it starts redirecting after I hit the login button. This happens on both firefox and IE.

I just found I was unable to access my Forum account yesterday, (and on Memorial Day too, drats).
I got greeted by this message: "System error: We're sorry but a serious error has occurred in the system" with no option to return to the forums.
No network issues since it made no difference whether it was DSL or 4G LTE cellphone.
Customer Care had to wait until today to restore the account, and it even looks like Chris Cox's account got the same deactivation bug. https://forums.adobe.com/people/Chris%20Cox
