The attachment are not coming through. I just get your text, and that is all.

Could you post on our feedback site so we can investigate what you're looking at?

You can post screenshots there with out having to deal with facebook.
Post there with as much detail as you can about these ads and we'll see about answering your questions.

Here are the Screen Shots I have tried pasting to and attaching to emails.

I am just another user of Adobe and Facebook, but I'll try to answer:

These posts are from the Adobe Photoshop Lightroom FB page, not advertisements sent to you.

You are seeing them because you have Liked the Adobe Photoshop Lightroom page and have options set to show their posts on your news feed.

This is how things work with any of the millions of FB-pages or FB-friends you might Like, Join, or Subscribe to the newsfeeds of.

If you don't want to see them in the future, then go to the Adobe Photoshop Lightroom page on Facebook:

and hover your mouse over the Liked button, then click the "Show in News Feed" item so that the checkmark disappears. Alternatively, you can Unlike the page to disassociate yourself from the Adobe Photoshop Lightroom page, entirely.
